Anti-Fraud Statement

Dear Valued Customers:

In light of recent frequent fraud incidents, Dr.Sumz would like to remind you that under no circumstances or for any reason will we ever ask for your financial account or credit card information via SMS or phone calls. Furthermore, we will absolutely never instruct you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM for any account settings.

To protect your rights and interests, please stay highly vigilant and keep the following anti-fraud guidelines in mind:

I. Beware of Suspicious Calls and Scam Tactics

  • If you receive an unknown international call starting with "+", "+2", or "+886", please hang up immediately. Fraud rings often spoof caller IDs to impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial agencies.

  • We will never notify you by phone regarding account issues such as "duplicate orders," "accidental installment setups," "accidental upgrade to VIP membership," "accidental setup as a wholesaler," or "automatic recurring deductions."

  • Do not click on unknown SMS links or accept LINE friend requests from unrecognized accounts.

II. Adhere to the "Do Not Operate, Do Not Provide" Principle

  • If a caller requests that you "operate an ATM," "log in to online banking," or "provide the customer service number on the back of your credit card," please refuse and hang up immediately. This is 100% a scam.

  • If you have any concerns regarding your bank account or credit card charges, please check the back of your credit card and directly call the official customer service number of your issuing bank.

III. Protect Your Personal Information Security To enhance information security, we recommend that you regularly update your member password on our website, using a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Please avoid entering your account and password on public computers to prevent data leakage.

IV. Verification and Assistance Channels If you receive any suspicious calls or text messages, do not trust the caller's instructions. Please contact us immediately through our official channels during our Customer Service Hours to verify, or directly dial the National Police Agency's 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline.
